My journey began in Berlin in my birth country of Germany, where I received a masters degree in computer science. I delved into the fascinating world of Neural Networks and AI. My master's thesis was a pioneering simulation of a Neural Network, one of the very first of its kind. This early exposure to AI laid the foundation for my lifelong fascination with this field. I then studied Neural Networks for one year a UMASS, University of Massachusetts.Entrepreneurial Ventures
During my stay at UMASS, I made a pledge never to take a traditional job, and I stayed true to that commitment. I embarked on a series of entrepreneurial ventures, founding and running several successful software companies. The turning point came with the development of a groundbreaking CD-ROM database, which I eventually sold for millions. This success allowed me to retire to the idyllic shores of Maui, though retirement soon proved too mundane for my restless spirit.Silicon Valley Innovation
In 1997, I ventured to Silicon Valley in the heydays of the early Internet. There, I built a company and developed software to accelerate web browsing. If you were online during that era, you might have come across banner ads proclaiming, "Click here to speed up your browser," which originated from my company or its 17 copycats. My Silicon Valley adventure thrived until the dot-com crash of 2000, prompting my return to Maui.Diverse Pathways
Next I explored real estate for a couple of years and then transitioned into running a spiritual center for seven years. However, my passion for technology and innovation eventually drew me back into the software world.
